Amorphous Alloy Oil-Immersed Transformer

Taili S(B)H Amorphous Alloy Oil immersed transformer uses material of amorphous alloy and adapts ultra-rapid cooling technology to produce the core, where liquid metal is cooled at 10⁶ °C/s to form 0.02–0.04 mm thin strips. This material has excellent magnetic performance, no crystalline defects, and requires very low magnetization power. A typical amorphous alloy contains 80% iron with boron and silicon as additional elements.

Product Features:

1. Stainless steel edge bolts for a clean and durable appearance.

2. Vacuum oil filling to remove air bubbles and enhance short-circuit strength.

3. Fully sealed tank to isolate oil from air and slow oil aging; molded seals improve reliability.

4. Ultra-low losses:

SH(B)15-M: no-load loss and no-load current reduced by about 60% compared with S11.

SH(B)16-M: no-load loss and no-load current reduced by about 60%, load loss reduced by 10%.

5. Optimized winding structure:

1) Low voltage uses copper foil for uniform electric field.

2) LV inner frame uses molded paper tube.

3) HV windings use semi-overlap with non-woven glass tape.

4) Laminated wood pressing blocks improve mechanical strength.
