Following its successful participation in UzEnergy Expo 2025 in October 2025, the overseas technical team of Taili Electric Co., Ltd. recently visited Uzbekistan again to conduct on-site inspections of several customer substation projects in operation and under construction. The purpose was to understand the actual operation of the equipment, collect customer feedback, and gain experience for future product optimization and localized services.
1. On-Site Substation Inspection to Verify Equipment Performance
During the visit, the Taili team inspected several substation projects in the Tashkent region, covering typical applications such as urban distribution network upgrades and industrial park power supply. The team entered transformer rooms and switchgear rooms to check the actual operation of previously delivered switchgear and oil-immersed transformers.
At one 110kV/10kV substation, the customer's operation and maintenance staff reported that the switchgear supplied by Taili had been running stably for several months. The mechanical five-prevention interlock operated smoothly, the circuit breaker opening and closing actions were reliable, and the protection device settings were accurate. The equipment performed well under local temperature, humidity, and dust conditions, effectively reducing safety risks during daily operation and maintenance.
Taili technical staff recorded on-site operating parameters (including operation count, protection trip records, etc.) and had in-depth discussions with the customer on daily inspection procedures, periodic verification of protection settings, lubrication of operating mechanisms, and other maintenance points.
2. Deepening Cooperation: From Equipment Supply to Local Service Support
In addition to the site inspections, the Taili team held a special meeting with the customer's operation and maintenance department. Both parties reached preliminary consensus on the following points:
- Fast spare parts supply mechanism:** For common wear parts (such as operating mechanism accessories, secondary plugs, fuses, etc.), Taili will help the customer set up a small spare parts stock and optimize export shipping processes to shorten delivery time for urgent orders.
- Remote technical guidance:** For general fault diagnosis or operation questions, Taili can provide remote support by email or instant messaging with photos and videos. For complex issues, Chinese engineers can assist remotely or conduct on-site follow-up visits.
- Annual on-site return visit plan:** Both parties agreed to arrange one technical return visit per year for preventive inspection of commissioned equipment and retraining of operators.
The customer's project manager said: "Taili Electric is willing to come to the site to understand actual operation. This face-to-face communication helps build long-term trust."
3. Future Outlook: Deepening Presence in Central Asia and Enhancing Local Service Capabilities
This on-site inspection is an important technical follow-up as Taili Electric expands into the Central Asian market. The company plans to continue strengthening ties with local partners in Uzbekistan in the coming years and explore the following directions:
- Continuously optimize product configurations based on the characteristics of the Central Asian power grid (low winter temperatures, sandy climate, some areas still follow Russian standards). Examples include low-temperature operating mechanisms, IP4X or higher protection rating, multilingual protection device interfaces, etc.
- Cooperate with local electrical engineering companies to offer short-term training courses on equipment operation and maintenance for end users, improving on-site staff competence.
