The core features a multi-step lap joint design, effectively reducing no-load losses and noise. The high-voltage coils are manufactured using epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, offering strong moisture and pollution resistance; the low-voltage coils adopt a foil-wound structure, providing high mechanical strength and excellent short-circuit withstand capability.
The product is standardly equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and cooling fans, which can monitor winding temperature in real time and automatically start or stop cooling fans, ensuring safe operation under overload or high-temperature conditions. Additionally, protective enclosures, IP20/IP23 protection ratings, and temperature alarm/trip protection functions can be configured according to customer requirements.
