We recently welcomed a customer from Russia to our factory for the inspection and testing of a 4000 kVA 35 kV oil-immersed transformer. The factory visit focused on product quality, technical specifications, manufacturing details, and pre-delivery testing.
During the visit, the customer toured our transformer production facilities and inspected the manufacturing details of the 4000 kVA oil-immersed transformer. Our technical team introduced the main production processes, including winding, core assembly, tank manufacturing, transformer assembly, and quality inspection.
On-Site Inspection and Technical Discussion
The customer reviewed the transformer together with our engineering team and discussed the main technical specifications and project requirements.
The inspection covered key aspects of the transformer, including its electrical parameters, structural design, main components, manufacturing details, and relevant quality requirements.
The customer also reviewed the transformer testing process and the relevant test results with our technical team. The completed tests provided an opportunity to verify the transformer against the agreed technical specifications and applicable requirements before delivery.
Transformer Testing Before Delivery
Testing is an important part of the pre-delivery process for a 35 kV oil-immersed transformer. The transformer was tested at our factory according to the agreed technical requirements and applicable standards.
Our engineering team worked with the customer during the testing process, explained the relevant test procedures, and discussed the test results. This on-site communication allowed both sides to review the product condition and technical details before shipment.
