TAILI 10/0.4 kV compact substation (European-type outdoor prefabricated substation) is is a type of factory-assembled indoor or outdoor compact power distribution equipment which is designed for 10 kV medium-voltage distribution systems, making it suitable for power networks in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries.
It integrates high-voltage switchgear, a distribution transformer, and low-voltage distribution devices into a single unit according to a specified wiring scheme. By organically combining functions such as voltage transformation and low-voltage power distribution, all components are installed inside a fully enclosed steel structure that is moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-resistant, theft-proof, heat-insulated, and movable. It is especially suitable for urban grid construction and renovation, and has emerged as a new type of substation following traditional civil-structure substations.
With its prefabricated structure, the substation enables easy transportation, fast on-site installation, and low maintenance, and is widely used in mines, industrial facilities, oil and gas fields, and wind power plants. They replace conventional civil-constructed distribution rooms and substations, becoming a new generation of integrated power distribution equipment.
