Product Features of 3D Triangular Oil-Immersed Transformer

Compared with traditional transformers, this design has several obvious advantages:

1. The no-load loss is significantly reduced. Because the core adopts a continuous wound process, the magnetic resistance at the joints of traditional laminated cores is eliminated, and the no-load loss can be reduced by 20%–30%. This means that when the transformer operates without load, it consumes less electrical energy.

2. The operating noise is lower. In traditional transformers, due to the magnetostriction effect, the silicon steel sheets generate vibration noise. However, the wound core structure has stronger integrity and less vibration, and the noise can usually be reduced by about 10 decibels.

3. The short-circuit withstand capability is stronger. The three-dimensional structure makes the winding support more stable, providing better mechanical stability when encountering short-circuit current impact.
