TAILI Oil-immersed power transformers  are designed for high voltage power grids for the exchange of electrical energy, its mainly installed in outdoor regional substations and voltages up to 66 kV and above. Due to the high voltage and big capacity, they are usually equiped with efficient cool-ing system and regulating systems, as well as with a variety of detection systems, to adapt to the needs of high-voltage grid transmission and to ensure safety. Features of Oil immersed power transformer

1. Made of high-magnetic-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively reducing no-load loss.

2. The winding conductor can be selected as high-quality copper or aluminum from well-known manufacturers according to customer requirements, providing excellent conductivity.

3. The transfomer is fully sealed with low noise.

4. The corrugated oil tank is equipped with a pressure relief valve to isolate air and slow down oil deterioration, achieving true maintenance-free operation.

5. Corrugated walls provide three functions—cooling, breathing, and expansion—making the transformer self-adaptive.

6. The core undergoes vacuum annealing and epoxy curing, giving it a designed service life of over 40 years.
