Taili oil-immersed transformer is mainly composed of the core, windings, oil tank, insulating oil, and cooling system. The core is made of laminated silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability to conduct magnetic flux. The windings include high-voltage and low-voltage windings, usually made of copper or aluminum. The oil tank is filled with insulating oil for insulation and heat dissipation, while the cooling system uses natural convection or forced circulation to maintain proper operating temperature.

Our oil  transformers are designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC, IEEE, ANSI, and DOE standards, and are fully CE, SGS, and ASTA certified.

Features of Oil immersed transformer

1. Made of high-magnetic-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively reducing no-load loss.

2. The winding conductor can be selected as high-quality copper or aluminum from well-known manufacturers according to customer requirements, providing excellent conductivity.

3. Low noise and fully sealed.

4. The corrugated oil tank is equipped with a pressure relief valve to isolate air and slow down oil deterioration, achieving true maintenance-free operation.

5. Corrugated walls provide three functions—cooling, breathing, and expansion—making the transformer self-adaptive.

6. The core undergoes vacuum annealing and epoxy curing, giving it a designed service life of over 40 years.
