The 3150 kVA 6.3/0.4 kV Outdoor Oil-Immersed Transformer is a project-specific transformer designed for outdoor power distribution applications. It features a sealed corrugated tank, aluminum windings, ONAN cooling and high-voltage no-load tap changing (NLTC).

The transformer has a rated capacity of 3150 kVA, with a 6.3 kV high-voltage winding and a 0.4 kV low-voltage winding. The specified vector group is D/Yn-11, and the high-voltage side is equipped with no-load voltage regulation of ±2 × 2.5%.

The transformer is supplied fully assembled and filled with insulating oil. Its accessories, technical drawings, testing and documentation are configured according to the project specification.

Design & Technical Features

01 Sealed Corrugated Tank

The transformer uses a sealed corrugated tank designed according to the project specification. The sealed construction forms part of the specified transformer configuration for outdoor installation.

02 Aluminum Windings

The specified winding material for this 3150 kVA transformer is aluminum (AL).

03 ONAN Cooling

The transformer adopts ONAN cooling, using natural circulation of insulating oil and natural air circulation for heat dissipation under the specified operating conditions.

04 High-Voltage No-Load Tap Changing

The high-voltage side is equipped with no-load tap changing (NLTC) with a voltage regulation range of ±2 × 2.5%.

Tap adjustment is intended to be performed when the transformer is de-energized.

Testing & Quality Control

Acceptance testing is specified within the scope of IEC 60076 routine tests, with test reports provided in English.

The factory inspection test report is included in the project documentation package.
